How we started
With over 20 years experience in Audio Visual and data industries covering everything from residential to education and government right through to defense work we got to see first hand where there were large holes in what is supplied to the client.
Advanced AV Integration was started as a way to bridge all aspects of business technology and integrate it in the way most people expect and rarely receive.

Why would you come to AAVI
We are not here to sell you things you don't need, We wont replace your existing equipment if its not needed and we wont give you the run around. AAVI is a service more than anything else.
We offer budget friendly site auditing and reporting with an honest review of your system and what can be done to fulfill your needs. from there you choose to get a quote or a second opinion we don't lock you into anything.

AAVI also offers a long list of services for your office, shopfront, meeting room and education fit outs from the AV hardware and installation through to the office PC's printers, IP phone systems and even POS for your shop front.
We only use the equipment that is best for you.

We are mindful of our environmental impact.
In this industry there is a lot of packaging and much of it is non recyclable but at AAVI we make every effort to minimise our impact on the planet.

We believe in forming relationships.
You wont be dealing with multiple people. The person you deal with in sales will be managing and probably working on site during your work. They will also often be servicing your system and the person you can contact any time.

There is nothing worse then bad service, you should never feel like you have received less than you expected and have paid for and AAVI will make every effort to ensure you know exactly what you are getting and we will make sure that is what you receive.
We don't have a "sales team" selling you everything you want in theory and then not delivering. what we have is a AAVI team to supply you with what is needed to meet your requirements and more. From start to finish that person is responsible for your project no matter its size.
We rely on the wealth of knowledge of not only our team but that of our suppliers and contractors to ensure every install is the best it can be with every required feature implemented and thoroughly tested.

Over our time in the industry we have been lucky enough to acquire many industry certifications and for those that we don't hold ourselves we enlist the help of trusted highly experienced contractors to assist.
We hold all required certifications for work within the construction industry including but not limited to White card, Working at heights, Asbestos awareness, Elevated work platform and Working with vulnerable people.
In addition to these we have product certifications for for many major brands spanning the audio visual industry including video over IP solutions and control systems
